Terms of sale

We provide the size guide with all the necessary measurements when choosing the size of the model. It is for this reason that Maison Lulu Inc. does not accept refunds and will only process exchanges (for a similar model) according to the reason for the request.

We only accept exchanges under certain conditions:
- that the purchase has been made within 10 days of the request
- that the garment (whatever it is) has not been worn, no modification, not cleaned (whatever the cleaning method)
- in the event that a cloth does not fit, you must communicate to the following address info@maisonlulu.ca giving your name, initial order number and explaining the reasons for the request. Our team will contact you within 48 hours to offer you a solution.
In order to expedite the exchange processing of your item, please email us a photo of the defect in the item. We will then exchange the damaged or defective item once it is received and processed by our team.
- please note that unfortunately we do not carry out any online exchanges. On the other hand, it will be possible to return the item that does not do and to place a new order afterwards.
- only items purchased directly from the Maison Lulu Inc. site are covered by this policy. If the purchase was made from another store or other sales platform, you will need to comply with their returns and refunds policy.

DELIVERY:
In general, orders are processed quickly and should be dispatched within 3-7 business days. Delivery times depend on the delivery method and the chosen subcontractor and are not attributable to Maison Lulu Inc.

Please note that Maison Lulu Inc. cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to overflow reasons at our carriers and that no compensation will be granted in this regard. Cancellation or refund of an order already shipped may be subject to shipping charges. Also, no priority can be given to an order and no modification (addition or withdrawal of products) can be completed once an order has been confirmed.

Finally, please note that Maison Lulu Inc. is not or will not be responsible for any breakage or damage to your packages due to weather conditions. We consider our customers to be aware of the previous details.

It is the customer's responsibility to indicate the correct delivery address. In the event of an error, customer service will contact you. Transportation costs may be withheld. This also applies in the case of unclaimed or refused packages.

We have our customers at heart: we make sure to ship items in proper condition for sale and to properly package them to avoid any breakage during transport. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at info@maisonlulu.ca to let us know and we can consider possible solutions.
